New on TikTok Shop: Flat Fee Collaborations

TikTok Shop just introduced a new payment model inside the Affiliate Center — and it could change how sellers and creators work together.
Until now, partnerships were commission-only. But with Flat Fee Collaborations, sellers can now combine upfront payments with commissions for a more balanced and predictable partnership model.
Here’s what’s new:
🔹 Hybrid Payment Power → Attract top creators with a mix of flat fees + commission.
🔹 Creative & Calendar Control → Up to 3 rounds of edits + the ability to schedule content around campaigns.
🔹 Automated Ads Authorization → Approvals are built into collaborations, no extra back-and-forth.
📌 Note: Flat fee collaborations are currently available only under Target Collaborations in the Affiliate Center.
How it works:
👉 Go to Affiliate Center → “Target Collaboration”
👉 Click Invite to Collab
👉 Select the Flat Fee model to start
This rollout signals TikTok Shop’s push to create more structured, transparent, and scalable creator partnerships.
